At MK Glow Store, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
